1. | Every new student accommodation registration will be completed within three (3) minutes. |
2. | Ensure 70% of customers are satisfied with the counter services provided. |
3. | Students will receive feedback on damage complaints within one (1) working day. |
4. | The decision on the application for residential college accommodation will be informed within fourteen (14) working days from the closing date of the application. |
5. | The decision on the application for booking of space/place/equipment will be informed within three (3) working days from the date of receipt of the application. |
6. | The decision on the approval of complete student activity paperwork will be informed within fourteen (14) working days. |
