CUSTOMER CHARTER

1.

Every new student accommodation registration will be completed within three (3) minutes.

2.

Ensure 70% of customers are satisfied with the counter services provided.

3.

Students will receive feedback on damage complaints within one (1) working day.

4.

The decision on the application for residential college accommodation will be informed within fourteen (14) working days from the closing date of the application.

5.

The decision on the application for booking of space/place/equipment will be informed within three (3) working days from the date of receipt of the application.

6.

The decision on the approval of complete student activity paperwork will be informed within fourteen (14) working days.
